Can you migrate our data from FACTS/RenWeb?Yes. FACTS provides data exports in CSV and standard formats that cover student records, guardian information, enrollment history, and financial transactions. We work with you directly to map those exports into Acadesync — student profiles, family accounts, historical payment data, and current-year class assignments. Most migrations are operationally complete within a week. We have handled the RenWeb-era data structures as well, which can differ significantly from the current FACTS export format.

How does your tuition billing compare to FACTS?FACTS built its billing engine specifically for tuition — it is mature and feature-rich. Acadesync includes comparable billing functionality: flexible payment plans, autopay on card or ACH, payment plan enforcement, late fees, financial aid adjustments, and a parent-facing payment portal. The difference is that billing in Acadesync is one piece of a unified platform rather than a module you purchase separately. Your billing data, student records, grades, and health records all live in the same system under the same login.

Is Acadesync pricing really cheaper than FACTS?For most private schools in the 100–600 student range, yes — significantly. FACTS pricing depends heavily on which modules you license. Schools that need SIS, tuition, enrollment, and financial aid frequently report total annual costs of $10,000 to $25,000 once modules are added. Acadesync launch pricing is $1/student/month with everything included. A 300-student school pays $3,600/year with no add-ons, no module fees, and no per-family charges. The rate is guaranteed for 2 full years.

What if our diocese mandates FACTS for tuition management?Some dioceses or school networks mandate FACTS for specific financial reporting functions. Check with your diocesan office — many allow individual schools to choose their own SIS and operational platform as long as certain financial data can be reported through approved channels. We can also operate alongside FACTS during a transition period, letting you run Acadesync for SIS, attendance, gradebook, and portals while keeping FACTS for diocesan billing compliance until the relationship changes.
