Is this really $1 per student? What's the catch?No catch. We're offering launch pricing to build our school network — early schools get an incredible rate because getting real schools on the platform is how we prove Acadesync works. After launch pricing ends, new schools will pay a higher rate. But schools that sign up now lock in $1/student/month for as long as they stay.

Can you migrate our data from FACTS / TADS / Gradelink?Yes. Most school management platforms export data in standard CSV or Excel formats. We'll work with you directly to map your student records, family information, grades, and financial data into Acadesync. Most migrations are complete within a week, and we handle the heavy lifting — you won't need to re-enter anything manually.

What kind of schools is this built for?Acadesync is built for K-12 schools: private, independent, faith-based, and charter. Whether you have 50 students or 5,000, the platform scales with you. If you're using FACTS, TADS, Gradelink, or a patchwork of spreadsheets and standalone systems, you're exactly who we built this for.

How long does it take to get up and running?The platform itself is ready in about 30 minutes — create your school, customize your branding, invite your staff. Data migration depends on how much you're bringing over, but most schools are fully operational within a week. And no, you won't need to attend a webinar series to learn how to use it.

Is our data secure? What about FERPA?Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We're FERPA compliant — we act as a school official with a legitimate educational interest, and we never share student data with third parties. Health records get HIPAA-grade protection, and payment processing is PCI-compliant. We take this more seriously than you'd expect from a platform at this price point.
